The firm “MANAVI ASSOCIATES” was set up by Mr. K. Madhusudhan Reddy who has more than 13 years of experience in the profession. The founder of the firm is qualified is a Commerce B. Com (CS) and Law Graduate (LLB) from Osmania University , Hyderabad. Have a good exposure and experience in the Industry and An essential part of his role has been to create a sense of leadership towards extending the goals of the Company, worldwide.
He has got exposure in the field of Accounting, Auditing, Legal matters, Employee State Insurance, Preparation of Annual Financial Statements & Tax Returns and many other works of the Licenses from Various Authorities, Registration Under various Applicable Act for the Companies and provides all other Corporate Support services. He is serving as a Corporate Consultant to many organizations. He has served many Foreign Clients from USA and UK in the field on Secretarial, Legal, Accounting, Auditing and Taxation.
Manavi Associates strives to provide quality Corporate Support services in the areas of Secretarial, Financial, Accounting, Audit, Investigation, Due Diligence, Accounting outsourcing, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), Company Law Matters for both domestic and foreign companies, Management Consultancy, Fixed Assets Verification, RBI, RERA, Labour Law Matters, ESI, Provident Fund and FEMA Matters.
